Official: Everton Complete Landon Donovan's Two-And-A-Half Month Loan Deal
American international signs for Toffees on temporary basis.
The influential USA international will link up with his Toffees team-mates on a two-and-half month basis, beginning at the start of the January transfer window pending the approval of the player's work permit.
David Moyes and the Merseyside club made no secret of their quest in acquiring the attacker, and the Scotsman informed the club's official website that: "It's all done now.
"He will come in and add pace, he's a good finisher and is captain of the USA national team so he has that experience.
"He is the first of two or three players I want to bring in in January."
Moyes has also been linked with moves for Atletico Madrid player Maxi Rodriguez, and Barcelona's Jeffren Suarez.
Donovan will join compatriot Tim Howard at Goodison Park.
