Aaron Lennon Is A Huge Talent - Tottenham Hotspur Legend David Ginola
Former Spur backs winger to deliver...
Former Tottenham Hotspur star David Ginola has backed Aaron Lennon to continue to develop at White Hart Lane following his scintillating performance against Wigan Athletic.
The England international scored one goal and had a hand in four others in the 9-1 thrashing of the Latics.
Ginola was left suitably impressed by the diminutive winger, who adopts a similar role to the one which made the Frenchman a crowd favourite during his playing days in north London.
"We talk about players who can deliver and Aaron Lennon is one of those players," he said, speaking to the club's official website.
"What you expect from a player like that is week in, week out, to deliver opportunities to players around him and create for himself as well and he's doing that.
"He's a young lad and he has all the talent to be right at the top.
"I always thought that was the case and now he has to keep on working, make the most out of every training session, the most out of every game and that's all he can do. If you are focused on what you can achieve, no-one can disturb you."
