Ramsey, who shunned an offer from Manchester United in order to become one of Arsene's young guns, had a hand in all three of Wales' goals as he assisted David Edwards' volley, helped free Joe Ledley for the second, and finished an individual effort.
"He has a lot of qualities," Wenger beamed to the club's official website when commenting about Ramsey's performance.
"I believe he is developing very well.
"I am very happy that from game to game he shows how good he will be."
Ramsey may be thrust into more competitive action over the coming months as fixtures continue to pile up in the build-up to Christmas and New Year.
Cameroon midfield anchor, Alex Song, will be away in January due to his involvement in the African Cup of Nations, and Ramsey will be vying for a midfield role along with Denilson.
