Arsenal Still 'Too Strong' For Tottenham Hotspur - Alan Hansen
Gunners will shoot down Spurs on Saturday, says pundit…
Arsenal lie in third with Spurs fourth, but the pair are separated only by goal difference – though the Gunners have the luxury of a game in hand.
"Despite Spurs' obvious improvements I believe Arsenal will be too strong this weekend," Hansen told footballpools.com.
"They offer so many different threats going forward as well as real danger at set-pieces with William Gallas and Thomas Vermaelen weighing in with plenty of goals already.
"Their record against their neighbours cannot be ignored. After all, they are unbeaten in their last 19 Premier League north London derbies.
"In fact, Spurs have not beaten the Gunners in a league match since November 1999 and their last away league win at Arsenal came way back in May 1993.
"Unfortunately for Spurs, their wait for an away win against their neighbours is set to continue."
