Bordeaux Striker Marouane Chamakh Could Yet Make Premier League Move - Report
The Moroccan international might yet being moving to London...
The European transfer window shut at the end of August, however in England and Scotland the deadline was extended until five o'clock on September 1.
The 25-year-old has been the subject of summer long interest from Arsenal and West Ham United, amongst others.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger appeared to pull out of a deal after refusing to increase his £5 million offer for the frontman and it appears West Ham now have little competition to sign the player.
Sky Sports News reports that the international striker could now be set to join up with Gianfranco Zola in east London.
However the odds are stacked against them as it is believed they would have to sell before they can spend and the player himself admitted he would be prepared to stay at Bordeaux and believed there was only a 10 per cent chance of him leaving at such a late stage in the transfer window.
