Arsenal defender Emmanuel Eboue could wrap up a move to Italian club Fiorentina this week.
Emmanuel Adebayor has already left the club this summer, joining Manchester City for around £25 million. Kolo Toure is also thought to be on the verge of leaving the north London-based outfit, as reports have him poised to join Adebayor at Eastlands.
Now Eboue, who had fallen out of favour with fans at the Emirates last season after a couple of poor performances upon his return from injury, could be set to join the Viola in a five-year deal for a fee of around €10.5m (£9m).
Fiorentina have been courting Eboue for some time and have been linked with a move for the 26-year-old in the past.
Coach Cesare Prandelli had also recently expressed the club's interest in signing the Ivory Coast international.
Should the Gunners part ways with both Eboue and Toure, they will have generated close to £50m from the sale of players, having spent only £10m on Belgian centre-back Thomas Vermaelen.
