Valencia have already allowed one transfer to proceed, that of Raul Albiol to mega-spending Real Madrid, and Mark Hughes could be set to take advantage of Los Che's fiscal issues by tabling an attractive offer.
The player's agent, Manuel Garcia Quilon, has been approached by Manchester City and Greek giants Panathinaikos, according to Valencia journal Superdeporte.
