Birmingham City Hoping To Loan Arsenal's Armand Traore
The young left-back could be set for another season away from the Emirates...
Birmingham City are hoping to sign Arsenal youngster Armand Traore on loan for next season, The Metro claims.
Traore spent last season on loan at Portsmouth, and he is unlikely to get many more first-team opportunities this year, with Gael Clichy and Kieran Gibbs ahead of him in the pecking order at the Emirates.
Therefore, Birmingham are keen to snap up the 19-year-old on a season-long loan deal. Alex McLeish is keen to bolster his squad with some loan signings, in order to ease the financial burden, and he has already secured Joe Hart's services for a season.
Traore made 26 appearances for Pompey during his loan spell last season.
