I'm Raring To Go After My Big Move - Blackburn Rovers' Steven N'Zonzi
Rovers' new signing is itching to get into training and cannot wait for the new season...
After signing a 4-year deal with Blackburn Rovers yesterday, Steven N’Zonzi has spoken of how excited he is to have made the move from French Ligue 2 side Amiens.
"It is a big move for me and I am really pleased to have done it with Blackburn," N'Zonzi revealed to the Premier League side’s official website.
"It is true it will be a big difference as I am used to playing in the championship in France but I am young and I am here to learn."
The midfielder also spoke of his belief that if he knuckles down, Blackburn will make him a better player.
"I really want to do the best to improve my game, training every day with experienced players and give my best for the new challenge.
"It is a big challenge and I want to succeed. I am sure the coach and the staff will help me to become a good player," he concluded.
N'Zonzi joins Lars Jacobsen and Elrio van Heerden in arriving at Ewood Park, while Gael Givet has also made his loan move permanent.
