England U-21's Can Beat Anyone - Tottenham Midfielder Danny Rose

England Under-21 attacking midfielder Danny Rose is keen to feature in Monday's concluding game against Germany, and feels confident that his side can bring the trophy home.

"Out of the five games so far and obviously apart from the group game against Germany, this is probably the one I'm most likely to feature in because we've lost Fraizer [Campbell] and Gabby [Agbonlahor]," he told  Tottenham Hotspur's official website.

"If we need a goal in the game or another attacking option, we haven't those strikers to call upon, so hopefully I'll be in a good position to get involved.

"We can't get complacent but we drew with them in the group stages when we didn't field our strongest team," he reasoned.

"We played very well that night and we started with the likes of myself and Jack Rodwell, both 18, and some of the lads hadn't played for a few weeks because the Championship ended earlier in May.

"We can't just think now that we've got the likes of Theo Walcott, James Milner, Mark Noble to come in we'll walk all over them, but it's certainly something in our favour.

"Germany are a good team with talented players but we outplayed them that night and we can be confident.

"As I said before, we don't fear anyone and we all believe we can win."

As for the semi-final victory over hosts Sweden, with its nerve-shredding sudden death penalty shoot-out, Rose revealed that sitting and watching was almost as tiring as playing.

"I was sat right behind the manager, we were 3-0 up and I heard him say 'one more goal and it's safe' and I remember thinking to myself 'what do you mean, one more goal, we're 3-0 up' but look what happened," he added.

"I got complacent, I thought it was all over at half-time and it just shows it's not over until it's over.

"Everyone thought it was over apart from the gaffer and that shows the experience he has, he knows what's what.

"It wasn't nice watching a 3-0 lead slip but the lads showed great character to come back and win the penalty shoot-out."
