There is now growing speculation that the Inter striker is on the radar of Premier League giants Chelsea.
Spanish heavyweights Real Madrid are locked in a battle with the Blues to sign in-demand striking sensation David Villa, and Barcelona are also in the hunt for the Valencia forward. While the 'El Clasico' rivals attempt to lure the coveted international away from Los Che, Chelsea may sneak a bid for 'Ibra'.
According to both La Gazzetta Dello Sport and Channel 4, Inter are keen on Chelsea tabling a swap deal that would see Ivorian international Didier Drogba reunited with former boss Jose Mourinho, who acted as a father-figure for the player during his time in London.
The Nerazzurri regard Ibrahimovic to be worth €90 million (£76m), so Chelsea will likely need to include a fee in any player-swap.
Inter are also circling around out-of-favour Portuguese pair Deco and Ricardo Carvalho.
