Marcos Alvarez, number two to Juande Ramos at Sevilla and White Hart Lane, believes the Ivory Coast international would be a success if he were to make a Spanish switch this summer.
Former Portsmouth midfielder Lassana Diarra has been succesful since making a January transfer window switch to Real Madrid.
Alvarez believes that Zokora could make a similar impact, “Zokora is professional, experienced and hard-working in all areas on the pitch.
“If Sevilla are looking for a player like Lassana Diarra, he would fit the bill perfectly and would be within their means.”
Zokora is expected to be one of a number of first team players to leave Tottenham this summer as Harry Redknapp looks to remould his squad.
