The England international defender has said that he is happy playing for the Blues and hopes to help take plenty more silverware back to Stamford Bridge...Chelsea left-back Ashley Cole has hinted that he has no plans to leave the west London club, but instead hopes to extend his stay at Stamford Bridge.
The England international defender, who has won 71 caps to date, is due to become a free agent when his current contract expires in 2011.
Speculation has linked the 28-year-old with Premier League money-men Manchester City, suggesting they may bid for his services at the end of this season.
However, the man who left Arsenal to join the Blues in 2006 has said that he wants to win many more titles with his current employers.
"I'm at Chelsea and it's a new chapter in my life," Cole is quoted as saying by The Daily Express.
"Hopefully, I can win a few more trophies here and that will make it even better.
"Since I've been at Chelsea I've had a great time and won a lot of trophies, but I want to win a lot more in the future with Chelsea."
