Florent Malouda: I Want Juventus To Sign Me From Chelsea

Florent Malouda (Chelsea)
Chelsea fringe man Florent Malouda insists that Juventus, the Blues' current Champions League opponents, are chasing his signature.

The Frenchman came off the bench as Guus Hiddink's men secured a 1-0 Stamford Bridge win over the Serie A side, a crucial lead to take to Turin for the second leg.

Winger Malouda has now admitted that his attention is somewhat torn as the two clubs to battle on the continent. He's having a rough time in west London at present and appears open to the idea of seeking increased playing time in Italy.

"I've heard the rumours and I cannot say I do not care," he is quoted as saying in Tuttosport. "But the difference between rumours and an actual bid is huge.

"Juve are a great team, but so are Chelsea, and we're currently rivals. Let's wait until after the second-leg.

"There's still four months to think about this. However, I cannot deny I would play more there."
