Kenyan international Patrick Osiako’s move from Swedish top club Mjallby AIF to Spain’s second tier side Granada FC may have to wait till the next transfer window in January 2011.
According to a report carried in kenyanfootie.com, Osiako said he contemplates a move in January if the two clubs can reach an agreement.
“There are only two months left in this season and the best part is that I stay out the season and move in January when the window opens again if the clubs can agree,” he said.
“This was not my last game with Mjällby,” the Kenyan midfielder said soon after he played a league game for his team this past Saturday.
Osiako has been key to Mjallby and his latest game against Trelleborg FF which ended in a 1-1 draw was his 20th game in 21 league games.
Mjallby sits fifth in the 16-team table with 31 points, 17 behind leaders Malmö FF.
