Senegal’s Mamadou Niang Bags A Double For Fenerbahce
Mamadou Niang grabbed a double for new club Fenerbahce against Manisaspor.

Having arrived only recently at the Turkish club of Fenerbahce, Seneglese-born striker Mamadou Niang proved his goal-scoring worth on Sunday, hitting a double against Manisaspor in a Super Lig game on Sunday evening. Fenerbahce won 4-2.
Niang, who scored 100 goals across five seasons with the French League 1 side Marseille, saw his goals dry up in recent times and faced criticism both within his club and national team. But his recent €8 million transfer to Turkey with a €480,000 monthly earning attached, has probably revived the scoring genius in the 30-year-old.
Back home, Niang is being expected to do same as the Lions of Teranga face off against the Leopards of DR Congo in Lubumbashi on Sunday in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
