The official has asked fellow Premier League clubs to demand for foreign referee to handle league matches.
Zamalek football director Ibrahim Hassan has called on fellow Premier League teams to ask for foreign referees because "the Egyptian officials favour Ahly".
This followed Al Ahly’s controversial 2-1 comeback victory over ENPPI on Thursday to remain six points clear of their arch-rivals with a game in hand.
ENPPI were infuriated after having two goals disallowed for alleged offside either side of the interval and the referee allowing Mohamed Aboutrika to retake his spot-kick after the first attempt was saved.
"All the league teams should ask for foreign referees because what happens is unacceptable," Hassan told Al-Hayat TV.
"The way Ahly are treated by the referees shows that they are trying to end any potential competition for the title.
"If the refereeing committee thinks that Ahly should win the title, they should announce it and we should not bother ourselves anymore."
"Favoritism affected many games this season, this is very clear," Hassan added.
"I did not want to make any comments about that issue but I couldn't remain silent after what happened in Ahly's game against ENPPI."
