Young Africans' striker, Jerry Tegete left for Sweden today to undergo trials with two first division Swedish clubs Myriae and Dalkurd FF.

Tegete, who will be accompanied by his agent, Damas Ndumbaro, was granted a visa yesterday and hopes to get an offer from one of the clubs.

"Tegete leaves this afternoon aboard a Qatar Airways flight for the trials and will be back in the country before his club's return leg tie against Simba next month," Ndumbaro told Daily News.

"It is an opportunity that is close to my heart and I will stretch my mind and energy to the fullest because it is an ideal chance for me to fulfill some of my best dreams as far as professional football is concerned," Tegete said.

"He will train with Myriae first before moving to Dalkurd FF," said Ndumbaro.

"If he impresses both clubs, then he will be given the opportunity to pick one as a personal choice," said Ndumbaro.

If he succeeds, Tegete will join Henry Joseph and Haruna Moshi, who are already featuring in the First Division in Sweden.
