The Ivorian Football Federation (FIF) says the match will be played at Loftus Road, the home of Championship side Queens Park Rangers.
Even though a new coach is yet to be appointed following a possible replacement of Vahid Halilhodzic, the FA is already preparing for South Africa 2010, which is some four months away.
Frenchman Philippe Troussier is being rumoured to be the Elephants’ next manager, but the FA says negotiations are still underway.
Ivory Coast are pitted in Group G for the World Cup against North Korea, Brazil and Portugal.
South Korea are in Group B with Argentina, Nigeria and Greece.
