Moroccan international striker Nabil Baha has told Lionsdelatlas.net that the North African country suffered a humiliating exit from both the World Cup and the African Cup of Nations not because they are not good enough but simply because the players don’t enjoy playing together.

“We have very good players who play in the best European leagues but I don’t think that the hard part is to have good players. What’s more difficult is to create a group where the players mutually understand one another, a group where everyone enjoys playing together,” he explained.

Furthermore, Baha added that an issue that has contributed to the dysfunctional nature of the team dynamics is the lack of stability of within the Moroccan Royal Football Federation and the changing of coaches at the first sign of a setback.
