Moustapha Bayal Sall came back from the international break with an injury from his nation's clash against Angola in Portugal, in a contest that ended in a 1-1 draw.
The very solid defensive midfielder is a very important piece in Senegal's new system that is supposed to ultimately bring the Lions of Teranga to the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, however unfortuantely he sustained a calf injury in a heavy clash with an opponent.
He will undertake a few tests in the coming days to discover the severity of the injury, which will then make it known whether or not he will be able to play in Sunday's game against Lyon.
Sall, who is still an undisputed part of Alain Perrin's starting XI, has had a very tough start to the season, as he is slowly regaining his form from the previous years.
