Exclusive: Nigeria's Michael Tukura Attracts Belgian Interest
Champions Standard Liege and Gent are among a host of Belgian clubs in the chase for the young midfielder...
Former youth international midfielder, Michael Tukura, could well be on his way to Belgium this summer after a successful 10-month loan spell at Israeli club, Ramat Gan, as champions Standard Liege and Gent have made enquiries about him.
Tukura's agent, Bertram Ekenwa, told Goal.com, "Tukura has attracted interest from top Belgian clubs like Standard (Liege) and Gent. He has also interested Grenoble in the French top flight. We just have to wait and see what happens in the coming days.
"He has had a good first season in Europe and that also explains why almost every top club in Israel are keen on having him as well.
Tukura, 20, is a versatile midfielder, who is comfortable either in attacking or defensive roles.
The former Wikki and VON of Abuja star moved to Israel last season on loan from Fc Sports of Jos.
