Egypt's Club Petrojet Will Not Sell Ivorian Koffi
Petrojet coach Mokhtar Mokhtar denied the club's intention to sell Ivorian midfielder Mohamed Koffi.
Mohamed Koffi has been linked with a move to Ittihad, but Mokhtar stressed that the Suez club are determined to keep the player.
"Koffi is going nowhere. We need his services," the former Ahly star told FilGoal.com.
Mokhtar has also confirmed that defenders Hisham Al-Noubi and Fathi Moussa have been released from their contracts.
Meanwhile, former Ahly midfielder Hussein Ali said that the club administration did not respect their agreement with him following his arrival from Petrojet last summer.
Following a frustrating season with the Red Devils, where he failed to secure a regular spot, Ali joined newly-promoted club Gouna.
"Ahly officials told me that I will receive a monthly salary but that did never happen," the 27-year-old told Modern Sport TV.
"The club also didn’t pay me money meant to be for advertising rights."
