Zambian club Zanaco have reported that the forward, who finished as top scorer at the inaugural Championship of African Nations, has left the club, possibly for trials in Israel, without their permission.

Zanaco Chairman, David Kaunda, said the striker has not been seen since a training camp last week and that he was last seen at the airport.

Kaunda said his club was not aware the former Bay United player was going to Israel and have since written to the Zambia Football Federation (FAZ) to inform them of the development.

"We are just getting pieces of information. Whatever the situation whoever has taken him needs to talk to us that is the normal procedure," said the club boss.

One report suggested that the striker, who scored five goals at the CHAN in the Ivory Coast earlier this year, has left for Israel to attend trials with an unnamed club in the second division.

In March, Zambia coach, Herve Renard, preferred him to the more experienced Collins Mbezuma in the World Cup tie against Egypt in Cairo.

Singuluma is believed to be a free agent since his release from Bay United.
