Nigeria youth international Kingsley Udoh has told Goal.com that French champions Lyon and Olympiakos are keen to buy out his contract at Atletico Madrid.
"My agent has told me that both Lyon and Olympiakos want to buy out my three-year contract with Atletico," said Udoh, who was part of the Nigerian team that finished third at the recently concluded African Youth Championship in Rwanda.
"He is presently in Germany and told me that before the week runs out, we will know what really is on the table."
Udoh, a powerful central defender who turned 18 in December, was linked with a six-month loan deal to German club Hoffenheim, but with the transfer window now shut, this switch may well not go through.
"I would love to be at Hoffenheim because this is a team full of young players and so competition for first-team places would be very fierce," he said.
