Ismaily of Egypt have terminated the contract of Iraq international goalkeeper, Nour Shabri.
Ismaily concluded the signing of 24-year-old Shabri from Iraqi club, Al Talaba, earlier this month, but did not register the player and have since completed their allowed quota of three foreign players.
The Egyptian club, who failed in their bid to sign Egypt international goalkeeper, Essam El-Hadary, from Swiss side FC Sion, have registered Mozambique international defender Dario Khan, Nigeria's John Jambo and Iraqi striker Mostafa Karim.
Guinean midfielder Samuel Johnson has been sent on loan to Kazma of Kuwait.
Reports have suggested that Ismaily failed to land El-Hadary after their offer fell far short of Sion's valuation of the international goalkeeper.
Ismaily, who have won the Egyptian league thrice, are shopping for a replacement for goalkeeper Mohamed Sobhi, who officials said has not pulled his weight.
