EFA President, Samir Zaher, announced this decision after a meeting with national team coach, Hassan Shehata.
Last week, Zaher met with a delegation from the Palestinian football association during which he stressed the total support of the Egyptian sports community to the people of Gaza against the attack by Israel.
He also informed the Palestinian delegation that the EFA has decided to donate part of the revenue from the country's friendly matches to the assist the people of Gaza.
Egypt will also host Ghana in another international friendly on February 11 in Cairo.
Last year, Egypt international Mohamed Aboutrika was fined by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) for displaying a political message on his shirt in support of Palestine during the Africa Cup of Nations in Ghana.
