Nigeria Drop Etoile New-Boy Akinsola From African Champs
Nigeria have left out recent Etoile du Sahel signing Kabiru Akinsola from their final squad for the African Youth Championship in Rwanda.

Akinsola, who recently signed a long-term deal with top Tunisian team Etoile, did not make the final cut for the Under-20 tournament, which gets underway on January 18 in Rwanda.
Otherwise, Nigeria will be represented by a core of the team that won the Fifa Under-17 World Cup in Korea two years ago with the likes of Portugal-based Rabiu Ibrahim, Macauley Chrisantus of Hamburg and Lukman Haruna from Monaco all making the squad.
Kingsley Umunegbu from AC Milan also made the squad.
Nigeria are drawn in Group B along with Egypt, South Africa and Ivory Coast.
