Belgian Club Release Senegal's Fadiga

Fadiga, 34 today, was diagnosed with a heart problem in October 2004 after he collapsed before a game. He has since been playing with a defibrillator, a special devise to stabilise his irregular heartbeat.
He was released by Bolton in May 2006 after which he returned to Belgium, where he joined AA Gent.
He joined Beerschot in June after a year at Gent, and only made a handful of appearances for the team known as 'The Rats' by their fans.
