Cameroon's African CL Finalists Get Cup Boost

Cameroonian club Coton Sport of Garoua enjoyed a massive lift ahead of next Sunday’s CAF Champions League first leg final in Cairo against Al Ahly of Egypt when they retained the country’s FA Cup at the weekend.

The team from Northern Cameroon beat Aigle de Dschang 4-2 with their leading scorer in the Champions league Daouda Kamilou among the goals. 

It was Coton Sport’s fourth Cup triumph in five years but they had an eye on the upcoming crucial continental clash. 

On Sunday they will playing their first Champions League final against five-time winners Ahly.
