Valencia coach Unai Emery has declared that his team much show character to beat Osasuna at the Reyno de Navarra on Sunday, according to Super Deporte

Los Che go to Pamplona looking to maintain their 11 game unbeaten run and their push for a UEFA Champions League place but Emery knows it will not be easy.

"The fans add pressure and we need to escape this environment. They [Osasuna] play a team game that presses a lot, making it uncomfortable for their opponent to play. Knowing all this, we must exploit our strengths to try to get impose our game. It takes character to win in Pamplona," Emery stated.

Emery also stressed that the officials for the game must remain objective and not allow themselves to be influenced by the partisan home support in Pamplona.

"It is also important that the referee is strong mentally and makes objective decisions because the fans will pressurise and he has to be above it," he noted.
