Sunderland Eager To Sell Chimbonda To Lyon?
The Mackems are ready to cash in on the defender, who is apparently becoming a disruptive influence...
According to a report in the British tabloid the Daily Mail, Premier League club Sunderland are ready to sell French defender Pascal Chimbonda.Apparently, the former Tottenham player has fallen out of favour at the Stadium of Light due to his disagreements with the club's management team.
It is claimed that the Black Cats are hoping that French giants Olympique Lyonnais (Lyon) will rekindle their previously reported interest in the right-back.
Les Gones have recently been linked with the French international, who has won one full international cap to date, and could be willing to offer around €2 million for his services.
