The Italian under-21 international is fed up of being used as the spare wheel in the Inter juggernaut and he wants out.

A January exit is now on the horizon for Balotelli who is desperate for regular football.

Sportmediaset claims the striker is ready to hand a transfer request to the 'Special One' who will not be happy. Balotelli's brothers have asked to meet with the club's directors and officials next week where they will dish out the bad news and hand over a request to move.

The player will ask to go out on loan in January because he wants to keep his chances of being picked for the Italian national team alive. Marcello Lippi will not consider him if he doesn't get regular games under his belt.

The Nerazzurri are flying high in both Serie A and the Champions League but Balotelli has been neglected by his coach and he is taking matters into his own hands as he tries to escape from San Siro.

Juventus, Milan and Roma are all on high alert and ready to pounce if Inter allow him to go out on loan. Balotelli could be an option for the Bianconeri given their injury problems up front.
