Spalletti: Too Many Mistakes
Roma coach Luciano Spalletti believes his side made too many errors against Cluj and the mistakes cost them the game.
The coach was left bitter and shocked by the result. A double strike by Culio saw the Romanian newcomers bounce back from being 1-0 down to winning 2-1.
It's the Giallorossi's second defeat in a row and it seems as if a crisis is unfolding at the Stadio Olimpico. Spalletti was not impressed on the night but he is glad his players are aware that there is a problem.
"We did somethings good and some not so good," said the coach after the game.
"We were not organised while they were good and a little lucky, the problem was that we became anxious and that's when things started getting complicated.
"Some players played well like Riise but some like Baptista didn't. However, they all did ok.
"I am happy that the players have realised there is a problem and we have to take action. We were a little shocked but we can recover."
The Giallorossi need to ensure they bounce back sooner rather than later if they are to keep their Champions League hopes alive. They face French side Bordeaux in their next game.
