Ancelotti: We Have Found A Solution

Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti has spoken after this afternoon’s summit with vice president Adriano Galliani regarding the troubles at the club. His job seems safe for now…

No Problem: Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti still full of confidence despite his side's shaky start to the season.

The former Juventus tactician was called in for emergency talks to examine the recent poor form the team has been in

It’s the third meeting in two months that Ancelotti has been involved in, leading to rife speculation that he will be ousted soon.

However, it doesn’t seem that way after his latest summit with the Milan board.

"We held the meeting to try and find the right technical solution and we found it," said Ancelotti. We spoke about the difficult moments the team has been having."

The gathering lasted two hours, with sporting director Ariedo Breda, medical chief Jean Pierre Meersseman and Daniele Tognaccini, the team’s athletic coach also present.

Reports in Italy suggest that the coach’s job is not on the line. It seems as though he has done enough to convince club beaks that he can still turn it around.

However, Ancelotti will need to ensure his side do not slip up further. Any further shambles will see Galliani’s axe swing in the coach's direction.
