HSV Keeper Tired Of Leaking Goals

Hamburger SV keeper Frank Rost says he cannot understand why his side struggle so badly on the road, but held his hand up to take at least partial blame.

Speaking after the 3-0 loss at Hannover, the Germany keeper lamented the fact that they have already conceded 14 goals in their six away games so far.

"It is not very satisfying at all when you always find yourself picking the ball out of the back of the net," Rost sighed.

"It is difficult to explain why. Except for the game in Cottbus, we always concede the first goal and find ourselves chasing the game.

"I have to admit that I didn't look great for a couple of the goals. There are always scapegoats these days and if I have to be it than I have to live with that.

"I'm not looking to paint myself as the victim. That's part and parcel of football."

"You have to have luck in certain situations and right now that is not the case for me."
