Soldado - Real Madrid
The Blucerchiati originally had the option to make the move permanent in the summer for a fee of £3.75 million.
However Controcampo says that following negotiations Samp and Madrid have agreed upon a new fee of £2.5 million, with Soldado moving to the port club on loan as part of the deal.
The Spanish champions rate Soldado very highly, and believe he could be an important player for them in the future, but want him to gain some regular first team experience first.
Meanwhile, Sampdoria President Riccardo Garrone has confirmed that Cassano will be moving to the club permanently.
"Cassano will remain with Samp, he is willing to make a big sacrifice over his wages,” said Garrone.
"Antonio is a very sincere lad and straightforward. If he and his agent have listened to alternatives, then that's fine, it's part of the rules."
