Moris Carrozzieri wants to continue playing for Palermo this season and has no intention of leaving Sicily, despite all the speculation going on around him right now.
This weekend he will also be facing his former team, Atalanta, which will be an emotional game for the 28-year-old.
“Personally, I don’t think about the market as I’m really not interested in it,” he said.
“I want to continue the season with Palermo, do well and contribute to the growth of the team.
“On Sunday it will be an important game. I’m not looking for the goal of the ex-player, but I want to win this game at all cost.
“It’s natural that I will feel a few emotions, as I had many nice seasons with Atalanta.
“I thank the Rosanero public, because they are extraordinary. Playing with the support of these fans is a really great emotion.”
Following his move from the Bergamaschi last summer, Carrozzieri has so far played 13 games for the Sicilian club this season.
