"The squad is physically fine and we are very concentrated for Sunday's game," declared the Sicilian side's coach. "If we take advantage of our qualities we can do well."
The former Cagliari coach has no intention of thinking about the January transfer market, considering the players he has available.
"I think that the squad is complete," continued Ballardini. "In attack we have players like Miccoli, Cavani, Budan, Succi, Lanzafame and Mchedlidze, who just needs to grow.
"We must think only about working, it's useless to think about the January transfer market now."
