Bayer Leverkusen coach Robin Dutt has lauded his team's development, stating that the side is growing in stature.
Speaking ahead of B04's clash with Bayern Munich at the BayArena on Saturday, the 47-year-old praised the renewed creative and innovative approach displayed by his players, and urged them to give their best against the Bavarians.
"A win against Bayern at home would be something very special, but we need to concentrate on what can happen rather than just the principle," stated Dutt.
"We need to make it possible for ourselves. I look around the team and I am very happy with its development. The team are growing together in stature, and they are showing a very positive attitude.
"It is great to see the players once again become more creative and innovative in their approach."
Bayer Leverkusen sit in fifth place in the Bundesliga, seven points off the Bundesliga places and 15 behind leaders Borussia Dortmund.
Their clash against Bayern Munich at BayArena kicks off at 1530CET on Saturday.
