Aigner Leaves Bielefeld For 1860 Munich

Stefan Aigner has dropped down a division by leaving Arminia Bielefeld  for 1860 Munich.

The 21-year-old midfielder and the Bundesliga strugglers jointly agreed on a contract termination, meaning that Aigner will be joining the Lions on a free transfer after having played must five games for Arminia since arriving from Wacker Burghausen a season ago.

"I learned a great deal in Bielefeld and was able to develop as a player," insisted Aigner, who started his youth career at 1860 Munich in 1993.

"I'm excited to be returning to Munich. I should have more opportunity to play n the second division."
