Hull City Preparing Fresh Move For Manchester United's Fraizer Campbell - Report
The Tigers are preparing an £8 million bid for the 21-year-old striker, who's currently on loan at Spurs...
Despite only five other teams scoring more goals than the Tigers in the Premier League so far, manager Phil Brown is thought to be preparing an £8 million offer for 21-year-old striker Fraizer Campbell.
The England under-21 international is currently on loan at Tottenham Hotspur as part of the deal which took Dimitar Berbatov to Manchester United, but has so far made just five Premier League appearances scoring one goal.
The Huddersfield-born forward enjoyed a successful spell at the KC Stadium last season, finding the back of the net 15 times as he helped guide Hull to promotion via the play-offs.
However, Hull may be prevented from signing Campbell this season as he has already featured for two clubs and FIFA rules state that players can not play for more than two teams in one campaign.
Furthermore, Campbell is thought to be held in high regard by Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson who, therefore, might be unwilling to sell.
