There is no 'envy' between Barca strikers - Suarez

The Uruguay international believes the front three at Camp Nou have achieved great success due to their strong relationship away from the field
Luis Suarez has attributed the success of Barcelona's three strikers to a lack of "envy" between the star frontline trio.

Lionel Messi, Suarez and Neymar - known as MSN - have scored an astonishing 87 goals in Barca's ongoing 29-game club-record unbeaten run to lift Luis Enrique's side the summit of La Liga.

The 132-day undefeated streak is, according to Suarez, down to the three South Americans' selfless style of play and appreciating their team-mates' abilities.

"I know what my strengths are and what their's are and what the three of us do is play for the good of the team," he told the Daily Mail

"We realise that Leo is the best and we play so that Barcelona win trophies. There is no envy between us three.

"There have been cases in the past where some players have fought or argued among themselves and there has been some envy and the team has suffered because of it.

"That's not going to happen now."

Barcelona top the Liga table by three points over title-challengers Atletico Madrid, have progressed to the semi-finals of the Copa del Rey and will play Arsenal in the Champions League round-of-16.
