Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal are now eligible to make their belated Blaugrana debuts but the Catalans have also strengthened across all categories and age groups
The Catalans were sanctioned by Fifa for breaching rules regarding the acquisition and movement of players under the age of 18.
However, while Barca were prevented from registering new arrivals for the past two transfer windows, they were not blocked from doing deals.
Indeed, both Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal were signed last summer, from Atletico Madrid and Sevilla, respectively, and the pair are now eligible to make their belated Blaugrana debuts.
Barca have already lifted the Uefa Super Cup and Club World Cup this season and will now hope to retain their Champions League, Liga and Copa del Rey titles in 2016.
However, as well as strengthening Luis Enrique's first-team squad, last season's treble winners have also snapped up another 75 players across all categories and age groups, with the club's 'B' team bolstered by six new arrivals alone: Jokin Ezkieta, Moi Delgado, Chemi, Robert Goncalves and Dani Romera.
