Atletico Madrid have only won once in the league this season - against Real Zaragoza on October 3 - and are currently languishing in the relegation zone.
However, coach Quique Sanchez Flores believes the team's fortunes will change, as soon as they get a win under their belts.
"We need a victory so that the players become liberated," he explained in a press conference.
"Now we know ourselves and we know what we want. The change will come when the team takes the same decisions in matches as they do in training.
"This facet of play is blocking the team and we must be able to overcome it. We have to take the pressure off ourselves on the pitch.
"When you are ill, it doesn't matter how handsome you are, only how healthy. The important thing is that the body is healthy. The aesthetics and the beauty have to look good, but it's not the priority.
"Victory is the vitamin that the players need. We have to hit back at the situation that we are going through, to have courage in order to take the team forward."
