England boss Fabio Capello uses Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard as a key member of his squad, but in an interview with firenzeviola.it, he warned Riccardo Montolivo of the consequences of following 'Captain Fantastic's' behavioural patterns.

Gerrard is usually viewed as a great professional, but was recently charged with assault, following an altercation at a nightclub.

"Hopefully, he will not imitate Gerrad with regards to his recent behaviour," complained the former Real Madrid coach. 23-year-old Montolivo had previously claimed that Steven Gerrard was one of his idols.

Meanwhile, Capello continued to discuss Fiorentina, who currently sit fourth place in the Serie A standings.

"I will not speak about tactics as there is already a coach here. However, what I see from Fiorentina is very interesting," he admitted.

Fiorentina will host Lecce following the end of the Serie A winter break next weekend.
