No Loan Deals For Pasqual - Agent
Fiorentina full-back Manuel Paqual looks set to leave the Stadio Franchi next January, but his representative claims a loan move would be detrimental for both parties.

Manuel Paqual, the 26-year-old Fiorentina defender who has two caps to his name with Italy, has become unsettled at his lack of opportunities in Florence this term and several Serie A clubs are rumoured to be in contention to secure his services.
Press reports have alleged in recent weeks that the Viola could opt to loan him out during the winter window of the transfer market, but his agent Gastone Rizzato feels that a permanent transfer would be the best option for his client.
“A loan move? I don’t think so,” he emphasized on Firenzeviola.it. “It would be disadvantageous for everybody involved, but particularly for Fiorentina.
“In fact, Manuel’s contract expires in 2010 and I doubt that the Gigliati would consider loaning him out.
“I know that [Andrea] Della Valle is a great entrepreneur, both inside and outside the world of football, so I don’t think the Viola are willing to see his value drop dramatically.”
The Venetian defender has been linked with the likes of Napoli, Lazio and Reggina recently and Rizzato believes he would be a steal for any side in Italy.
“I don’t want to talk about possible destinations now, but I just know that Manuel can easily walk into the starting XI of all the Serie A teams,” he concluded.
