Fiorentina Not Interested In Acquafresca - Corvino
Fiorentina director of sports Pantaleo Corvino denied reports that his club are interested in signing prolific striker Robert Acquafresca from Cagliari in exchange for Giampaolo Pazzini.

"It's a journalistic invention," commented the director of sports to Sky. "After all, we must always talk about the transfer market here in Italy.
"Whoever works, only thinks about the league, as for the market there is still time."
The attention then focused on Juan Manuel Vargas, who has yet to hit his stride in Tuscany after moving from Catania in the summer.
"Having some problems is normal," explained Corvino. "He has always worked to improve despite the fact that there were some physical problems related to the national team commitments."
