La Gazzetta Dello Sport suggested Rocchi was angry and wanted out after he was snubbed by coach Delio Rossi at the weekend.
Pazzini's lack of action with the Viola also had the rumor mill working overtime.
However, Lotito has scoffed at the news and he insists there is no chance Rocchi will be leaving.
"Where has this news come from," Lotito told Firenzeviola.it.
"I don't know anything about this and it's an operation which is not possible as far as I am concerned.
"We are not interested in Pazzini while Rocchi is Lazio's captain and he has no motivation to leave Rome.
"All these things are just stupid rumors made up by the media."
Lotito has thus laid down the law. Rocchi is likely to fight for his place but Goran Pandev and Mauro Zarate's excellent form has seen the Italian ace slip down the pecking order.
