Following a 1-0 loss to Roma last week, Lazio coach Delio Rossi seems intent on dropping the three man attack against Genoa this weekend.
Based on this week's training and today's 15-0 friendly victory it seems likely that Pasquale Foggia will regain his place in midfield and one of the attacking trident will be dropped.
Mauro Zarate has been consistently spectacular so his place is secure, while Tomasso Rocchi has been in good form since returning from injury for the Biancocelesti.
Pandev has scored five goals this season and had a bright start to the campaign along with Lazio, but has not been as prolific recently. Thus, it seems likely the Macedonian international will find himself on the bench on Sunday against the Grifoni.
